About This Trail
The trail is an uphill climb from the start. While rough, it is well marked with pink spray-paint, flagging tape, and arrow markers. The early section has blowdowns. As you climb higher the trail flattens into bog. Trail markers are scant here but the path toward the lake is obvious.
Regier Lake is quite beautiful — water lilies, an abundance of huckleberries in summer, and a few old growth cedars along the route. The bog environment is delicate; stay on the trail.
