This visitor centre has the best and most friendly and knowledgeable staff I’ve seen in any visitor centre. Their love... of Queen Charlotte is evident as they try to help visitors. They go above and beyond to help you out and this is so amazing to see. Also: if you’re about to buy gifts, they have the prices on the island.read more

Perfect starting place for a visit to Haida Gwaii. Nice gift shop. Good location to walk to town. Great views.
