About This Trail
Walk an unmistakable straight line through a corridor of old growth left standing in surrounding logging slash and cedar plantation. After a survey peg and blazed tree, the trail opens onto an overgrown homestead with a functioning sauna, overgrown greenhouse with wooden sculptures, a garden gate, a cedar guesthouse, and a settler’s refrigerator — a wooden box outside a window. An overnight cabin on site is stocked and in good repair.
